Doç.Dr. Muhammed YÜCEER, Belçika’da bulunan Avrupa Birliği, Avrupa İnovasyon ve Teknoloji Enstitüsü, EIT Food biriminin ‘RIS Inspire – Sustainable Food Production and Consuption: new Deep Tech approaches, methods and tools’ adlı programına kabul edilmiştir.
Avrupa Inovasyon ve Teknoloji Enstitüsü (EIT), Avrupa’nın yenilik kapasitesini güçlendirmek için 2008 yılında Avrupa Birliği tarafından oluşturulan bir AB organıdır. EIT, Avrupa Birliği’nin araştırma ve yenilik çerçeve programı olan Horizon 2020 programının bir parçasıdır.
EIT Food Hakkında
EIT Food, tarım ve gıda sektörlerinde girişimcilik ve yenilikçilik alanında çalışan bir pan-Avrupa konsorsiyumudur. EIT Food topluluğunun üyeleri, gıda endüstrisindeki 13 farklı ülkedeki en iyi iş, araştırma merkezleri ve üniversitelerden 50’den fazla partnerin bulunduğu küresel aktörlerdir.
EIT Food, tarım ve gıda sektörlerindeki mevcut beceriler ile girişimciliği teşvik etmeyi ve küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin potansiyelini açığa çıkarmayı hedeflerken yenilikleri hızlandırmayı ve istihdam oluşturmayı hedeflemektedir.
Program Hakkında
RIS Inspire – Sürdürülebilir Gıda Üretimi ve Tüketimi: yeni Deep Tech yaklaşımları, Yöntemleri ve Araçları
Programın temel öğrenme hedefi, katılımcılara dijital inovasyon yaklaşımıyla gıda sisteminin sürdürülebilirliğini artırma ve daha sağlıklı beslenmeye erişim konusundaki en önemli zorluklara dair bir fikir vermektir. Öğretilen içerikler, farklı gıda sistemi konularına odaklanan proje bazlı bir öğrenme yaklaşımıyla uygulanacaktır: Alternatif Proteinler, Sürdürülebilir Tarım, Hedefli Beslenme ve Dijital İzlenebilirlik.

About the Program
RIS Inspire – Sustainable Food Production and Consumption: new Deep Tech approaches, Methods and Tools
The main learning objective of the program is to give participants an insight into the most important challenges in increasing the sustainability of the food system and accessing healthier nutrition through a digital innovation approach. The taught contents will be applied through a project-based learning approach focusing on different food system topics: Alternative Proteins, Sustainable Agriculture, Targeted Nutrition and Digital Traceability.
